Cancellation & Refund Policy

Date shifts are permitted with a minimum of 10 days' notice, excluding the check-in date.

No cancellations or date shifts are allowed within 10 days of check-in.

Refunds are not granted within 30 days of check-in.

Cancellations made 60 days before check-in are eligible for a refund, subject to a Rs. 500 cancellation fee.
Refunds, minus the fee, are credited to the original payment method within 7 working days of cancellation
