Cancellations, Refunds & FAQs

  • Cancellation and Refund: We allow only a shift of date with min 10 days prior information, excluding the check-in date. In the last 10 days, no cancellations and date shifts have been allowed. No Refund is allowed in the last 60 days from the check-in date. Cancellations made prior to 60 days before the check-in date, shall be eligible for refund. Upon cancellation, the tariff value shall be refunded and credited to the source payment account within 7 working days.

  • Food: Apart from ordering,  you can have fun with cooking and/or bring your own home food. We do provide utensils and crockeries.

  • Cooking (per charge): The caretaker can cook basic food as per your choice i.e, Bread Omelet, Tea/ Coffee, Sandwiches, Momos, etc. Recommend paying a basic tip to the caretaker for helping in the same.

  • Drinks: We Don't Serve.

  • Toiletries: Consciously, we have kept it optional to reduce plastic waste. So, feel free to ask for it if needed.

  • Kids Friendly: We have the option to install a kid's safety gates on a request basis.

  • Kids charge: Kids up to  5 years are free. The above 5 years is chargeable -1200/-.Above 12 years are considered as Adults and are charged as 2499/-

  • We also arrange organic cow milk from farms on a request basis.

  • Pet Friendly: Pet parents need to get a bed cover, pet food, and other ancillary stuff for a better experience. The pet can roam around on the farm with no restrictions.

  • Caretaker: You will have a caretaker for you all your needs.

  • Music: We provide party speakers but loud music is not allowed after 7 PM

  • Projector: Firestick is attached to the projector for your convenience.  No need to log in for OTT platforms.

  • Decor: The setup includes Rose petals, lanterns, candles, and balloons mostly in the deck area. 

  • Early Check-in: It's difficult for our team as cleaning and sanitization need to be done. 30 min to 1 hr can be managed.

  • Safety: Our unit is located in a farm community with reliable security installed.

  • Id Proofs: Submit Id proof 48 hrs before the check-in date

  • Parking: We have ample parking space for 2 and 4 Wheeler.

  • Cab Service: We can help you arrange cab service on a request basis.
