Date modifications are permitted if requested at least *10 days prior to check-in* (excluding the check-in date). Requests made within 10 days of check-in cannot be accommodated.

We’ve made it easy for you to reach us, whether you’re traveling by personal vehicle, or public transport.
1. Reaching via Personal Vehicle
HillSide Cosmos by HIDECK is situated at Kelamangalam village of Hosur Town, located exactly 50 Kms from Silkboard. It takes 75 mins to reach the farmhouse and its all scenic highway drive with complete tar road connectivity.
2. Reaching via Flight
After arriving at Bangalore Airport, you can hire a cab to reach Hillside Cosmos Villa Hideck. It’s a comfortable drive from the airport to our serene location.
Q. Are ID Proofs and a Minimum Age Required?
A. Yes, all guests must present a valid ID with address at check-in. Minimum check-in age is 21, and guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent.
Q. Is Alcohol Available?
A. We do not serve or sell alcohol. In Tamil Nadu, liquor is only available at limited government-run stores with select brands.
Q. Will a Caretaker Be Available?
A. Yes, a dedicated caretaker will assist with check-in, one-time cleaning, jacuzzi setup, projector setup, and other needs.
Q. Are Pets Allowed?
A. Yes, most villas are pet-friendly and fenced, allowing pets to roam freely. We recommend bringing pet essentials like a bed cover and food for a more comfortable stay.
Q. Are Toiletries Provided?
A. Yes, we provide a full set of complimentary toiletries, towels, and other essentials for all check-ins.
Q. Is the Property Kid-Friendly?
A. Absolutely, our villas are kid-friendly, and kids especially enjoy the hot water jacuzzi. Upon request, we can provide safety gates and arrange organic cow milk.
Q. Is Music Allowed?
A. We provide party speakers, but loud music is only allowed until 7 PM.
Q. Is a Projector Available?
A. Yes, our projectors come with YouTube and Netflix access. Guests can log into other streaming services via a Firestick provided.
Q. Can I Check-in Early?
A. Early check-in can be challenging due to cleaning and sanitization. We may accommodate early arrivals by 30 minutes to an hour if possible.
Q. Is the Property Safe?
A. Our property is in a secure farm community with fencing, gate locks, CCTV monitoring, and a dedicated caretaker.
Q. Is Parking Available?
A. Yes, ample parking is available for both 2- and 4-wheelers.

We offer 100 liters of hot water for the Jacuzzi at a comfortable temperature of 55 degrees. We kindly request that you use the water thoughtfully to extend your relaxing bath experience. Ideal body temperature for water is b/w 34 - 38% degree.
The tub is designed for a maximum of two people. Please fill the tub to a maximum of 3/4 capacity to use water wisely and efficiently Reheating of addition 100 ltrs will take min1 hr. So, plan it accordingly.
We offer a complimentary bottle of Bubble Bath gel for your Jacuzzi bath. A little goes a long way, as the air jets will create plenty of luxurious foam with just one bottle.

Give that tap a rest when it's not in action, it's not training for a water marathon!
Do not flush any santry product in the toilet bowl
We have placed dustbins in all possible location. Please Use dustbins for trashes
Notify management for replacement of Toilet paper & soap when empty
We provide 2 Hand Towel & 2 Bath Towels. Additional towels will be available on charge basis.
Please, don't use the towel for floor cleaning or throw them on the floor. If done, Rs.300 will be chargable for the same.
Checkout Rules
Checkout can take 15 min, so please plan the checkout immediately. Extended checkout will be billed @Rs 1000 +Gst per hr for couple stay.

During checkout, our care taker will do a through check of Linen, Crockeries, Kitchen equipments & its Count. Any damgages & missing items will be charged.
